Through the Pilot Benefits Online website
You have a 24/7/365 all-access pass to all your health and welfare benefits provided by FedEx Express, including coverage information, decision support tools like Ask Emma, videos, and educational content. Just visit the Pilot Benefits Online website at fedexpilots.bswift.com to get started.
The first time you log in to the website, you’ll enter your username and temporary password.
Username: Employee ID
Password: Last 4 digits of your Social Security number

Using the bswift benefits Mobile App
Access your benefits information on the fly, anytime, from anywhere. Once you log in to the website through a computer at least once, you can use the bswift benefits Mobile App to access the website. Download the app in the Apple or Google Play store by searching “bswift benefits” and enter the company code “FedEx”. It’s that easy.

Get Important Benefits Information Quickly
Occasionally, FedEx Express may need to get important benefits information to you quickly via email and/or text message. If you don’t have a current email address or mobile number on file, go to the “My Profile” section on Pilot Benefits Online and click on “Review/Edit Personal Information.” To add your personal email address edit the “Alternate Email” field and choose your preferred email address. To add your cell phone number edit the “Cell Phone” field. You’ll receive enrollment updates and important benefits information more quickly throughout the year!
